ChatGPT Interviews Me on Why I Cancelled Hubspot and Signed Up for ChatGPT

ChatGPT interviewed me on how and why I canceled one subscription and signed up for ChatGPT in order to write a blog about my experience.

This is how that interaction went:

Me: "Ask me questions in preparation for you to write a 900-word blog of how and why I canceled my Hubspot subscription and signed up for ChatGPT."

GPT: "Sure, I'll ask you a few questions to get started:

  1. Can you tell me a bit about your previous experience with Hubspot and what led you to cancel your subscription?
  2. What were some of the key factors that attracted you to ChatGPT and made you decide to sign up for it?
  3. How has your experience been with ChatGPT so far, and how has it been different from your experience with Hubspot?
  4. In your opinion, what are some of the unique benefits and features of ChatGPT that set it apart from other similar services on the market?
  5. Can you share any specific examples of how you have been using ChatGPT and how it has helped you achieve your goals?
  6. How do you see ChatGPT fitting into your overall workflow and business strategy, and how do you think it will help you grow and succeed in the future?
  7. Are there any challenges or limitations you have encountered with ChatGPT, and how have you overcome them or worked around them?
  8. Finally, what would you say to someone who is considering canceling their Hubspot subscription and signing up for ChatGPT?

That should be enough to get started. If there's anything else you'd like to add or elaborate on, feel free to let me know."

I answered the questions.

GPT: "Thank you for your detailed answers. With this information, I can start writing the blog on your experience with canceling your Hubspot subscription and signing up for ChatGPT."

Me: "Please write the blog."

The results of that interview are below.  Enjoy.

As a long-time user of Hubspot, I had always been impressed with the platform's capabilities and the benefits it provided. However, over time, the cost of my subscription began to outweigh the value I was getting out of it. That's when I stumbled upon ChatGPT and decided to give it a try. In this blog, I'll share my reasons for canceling my Hubspot subscription and why I believe ChatGPT is the better choice for my needs.

First, let's talk about my experience with Hubspot. I have been using the platform off and on for many years and have always found it to be a valuable tool. However, as my needs and budget changed, I found that the cost of my Hubspot subscription was becoming increasingly difficult to justify. With the cost being twice that of ChatGPT, I decided to look for a more cost-effective solution.

That's when I discovered ChatGPT. The expansive knowledge base and ability to write innovative content with ease and at scale were some of the key factors that attracted me to the platform. I was also impressed with ChatGPT's ability to generate 20 times the amount of quality content compared to what I was able to produce before using the program.

Even before signing up for ChatGPT, I have been using it every day, for hours each day

It has become an essential part of my workflow and has helped me in a variety of ways, including creating content, researching information, editing my original content, bouncing ideas around, and documenting processes. I even plan on integrating it with other applications in my personal technology stack. (Zapier)

One of the biggest challenges I have encountered with ChatGPT is learning how to effectively communicate and ask good questions. However, I have found that the more I use the platform, the more I am able to get the most out of it. Another challenge is its current inability to connect to contemporary knowledge, but I believe this is something that will improve over time as the technology continues to evolve.

I recommend ChatGPT to anyone who is looking for a cost-effective and powerful tool to help them with their content creation and research needs. The impact of using AI in this way will be nearly instantaneous and will help you grow and succeed in the future. I encourage you to give ChatGPT a try and see for yourself.

  1. Hi Greg,

You are using Hubspot as your ‘CRM’, correct?
If yes, are you staying that you are ‘replacing that CRM functionality w/ ChatGpt⁉️
I ask this because I’m RE entering the MPS world via a dealership; they were open to a CRM solutions for @ 6 reps…
What would be your most cost efficient yet effective ‘CRM solution’ based on your extensive / respected knowledge of the Managed Print Services world⁉️

    1. Hi Olynn - I hate to answer like this, but I will, it depends. Both SalesForce and Hubspot, I found to be too large - never used 90% of the capabilities. I am looking at a couple that integrate with LinkedIn. Buzz and I am looking at a program called ACT! right now - the line is between the salespeople and sales management. A sales professional just needs visibility into his/her contact list and funnel management - the manager 'needs' to see the entier team's activity. Which I think is a waste.
